14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

If your item was purchased in error, or you’ve simply changed your mind, you can choose to return your item for a refund (excluding original shipping fees). Please note that delivery costs for items purchased on a free shipping promotion will be deducted from your refund. A 10% restocking fee will also apply.

Items must be returned within 14 days from the received date.

To receive full refund, the items must be returned to us in original packing with all internal and external packing, accessories, swing tags, labels and manuals complete and intact. The items are NOT used, worn or damaged, and are in 100% re-saleable condition when we receive them back. If we accept a return in packing other than the original packing, at our discretion, a minimum re-packing fee of £50 will apply. In such cases, you would be responsible for ensuring the product is packaged in a manner that would prevent damage during transit.

Returns need to be booked with us in advance by providing you a unique return number for tracking purposes.

Refunds are generally processed within 7 days of receiving your item back.
